Insane this business is actually running.

Asked for a change of the debt order date to the original date I asked for, shouldn't be an issue.

Called in at 13:22 on the 28th October 2024. I spoke to someone on a very bad line who identified themselves as "Mbali Zwane" - not only were they rude but when I asked why the change of debt order date would result in the change of my fee, she refused to answer me.

I am now on hold waiting to speak to someone who will answer the question. She claims she's updated the debt order date, let's seen.

This is the same company who claim the Audi Q3 sportsback is a sports car and wanted to charge 3 grand for insurance on it. Insane.

The same company who told me I didn't have a policy, when I've been with them for almost a decade.

Same company who updated my policy to include cover for the VPS PPF and then told me it's not covered.

Why am I still with them?
