Incorrect Property Sum Insured
Good Day.
I would like to extend my gratitude to Neo Sibeko for beyond excellence service. The Sum insured on my property was incorrect, apparently from inception of the Policy. Neo went out of her way to gather facts on how that happened. She then came up with a solution and the sum insured is now corrected.
Neo, please keep on keeping on, you are a star.
