*********** investigators at ABSA Indirect car insurance

It was on the 21 November 2020 when I lost control of my car while was damaged badly, due to this my car was written off. I was given an investigator by the name of Gladys Seeri. What an *********** investigator!! The accident happened during the day around13:00 and i was on my way to visit my family because I work 100 km away from home. I was taken to hospital because I suffered minor injuries, I was traumatized and i was crying. The doctor and the nurse that was examining me thought I was drunk and without any blood test to proof their suspicions they wrote in their report that I was under the influence. The police and traffic department who came to the scene said nothing about alcohol, did not find any alcohol bottles or drugs in my car. We are being ****** during the day light. The sad part is that I cant reverse time to proof that I was not under the influence. It was going to be easy if blood test was taken from me. Now is my word against the doctor who examined me during that day. Without any substantial evidence my claim was rejected. I wish I could have chosen another insurance company.
