*********** bunch of consultants, Esther, Rianka, pity i forgot the name of the third consultant. From Monday 09/11/2015 i have been trying to do a claim and all i get from this useless consultants is a promise to come back to me. till today 11/11/2015 i haven't received their call. i called them several times they claiming to be having high volume of calls, are they trying to say i'm no no longer important when i need to make a claim? i no longer deserve respond because i'm not a new client but claiming? why when i needed quote they called me within few minutes and there was never such a thing called high volume of calls? my car is damaged, i dont have transport, how long must wait until they decide to take me serious? yet they will never get busy in a way that they even forget to debit my account for premium?<br> <br> I will never reccomend this to anyone. *********** bunch of people that will only take you serious when they need your money!!
