Incompetence and poor service of absa activate staff members

Absa activate insurance is very *********** and im considering to cancel it and get another insurance. To contact this department is very heavy and never will a client get a satisfying service. I called in today as i sent an email to them on the 11th requesting for them to reinstall a device in my new car. The lady i spoke with today said i was called on the 15th and there is no missed call as i have my phone records. Claims department too is a problem as the lady called Cynthia is very rude, and im so unlucky as i always talk to her. Im not happy at all with the service of this absa activate really its pathetic
