Impossible to cancel policy

ABSA won't let me cancel my policy. I called them after my car was paid up in 2020 to reduce my premiums, they said R929 per month was their best offer. I found another company that quoted R450, but now to cancel my iDirect policy is impossible. I've sent emails, phoned them & got cut off each time.
