Impeccable Service - Mbali Ngoobo
Had a rather significant adjustment/increase on my premium & put a call through to Idirect to enquire, After speaking to the first consultant I was transferred to Mbalizethu Ngoobo & she did a splendid job & taking me through the process & gave me very good facts on where I can bet drop my premium without compromising the value of my cover. one of the most thing i extol about her work ethic was her ability to remain calm during a rather challenging conversation.
