Impeccable assistance from Lindiwe Mthembu

Been trying to cancel my idirect insurance (because I'd found an insurer that suited my needs) for approximately 2 months -but to no avail. I'd eventually had had enough so I requested a call back from the one of the idirect consultants. On the verge of giving the poor consultant a stern tongue-lashing, I was fortunately/unfortunately disarmed by a calm and understanding Lindiwe Mthembu who assured me she would sort everything out in a matter of minutes.....5mins later...Voilà, shorted!
