If there was a 10 stars rating I would give it to Absa Insurence Company!!

Our house burnt in July this year, I'll be honest the initial stages of my claim was not handled as it should, although I managed to call again and enquired as to what is the next step and I got someone proper who assisted and gave me clear information and a way forward. Its unfortunate that when you go through such a tragedy you expect things to happen now, but Absa made me feel things a happening on time, and whenever I would raise my issues and concerns they did their best to make sure I was comfortable and I have the necessary updates on time. My house is still in the restoration process and the contractors Maverick Business Solutions who are working on it are Professional and communicate progress updates I like that they make sure you understand clearly what they are doing. I am impressed and as much as I want to be in my house asap, it gives me so much peace that I am working with a CARING TEAM that is doing its best to make sure my home is restored professionally. I highly recommend them.
