iDirect refuses to cancel my policy and refund me the money it continues to take.

I have been trying to cancel my insurance with iDirect since Sep last year. They continue to debit my account and ignore any written correspondence. I believe they have tried to call me, but I have moved to Ireland, so this doesn't work.
