iDirect is the worst insurance ever

I've learnt the hard way that if you want to incur debt and legal fees, insure with Absa idirect. My car was insured with iDirect from April 2012 never put in a claim till my husband was involved in a car accident. Every other witnesses' testimony was taken as true except for ours and claim was repudiated. Now we're being hit with Legal claim of over R50k as iDirect also refuses to pay the third party claim. I'm at a loss for words at the worst kind of service I've received from Absa, having being their client for over 20years but be treated like a common hooligan at the end. I would never recommend iDirect to anyone even my worst enemy (if I had any). Will definitely be moving all my dealings with Absa as well to another bank that might value their clients not only through their flashy adverts
