iDirect cash back paid to wrong account
I changed my banking details last year November and ABSA also switched my debit orders. Sadly now,I'm been interrogated about an old account which they made a mistake of keeping and paid my cash back on it. That error has nothing to do with me as I had been paying my debit orders through Absa cheque account from last year. I just need my Idirect cash reward's paid into my account which you debting.
I can't be delayed my cash back based on une negligence of an employee as the customer. I cant wait 60 days for what is due to me.
Furthermore, I had to send Bank statement showing that the money was not paid.
Their complaints department its just a messthere's no proper feedback is provided.

01 Jul 2025, 13:07You not communicating with me and I have been told now by your service agent that they paid my cash back into the incorrect account, not from the account they are debiting. I have send bank statement to Thembeka Nomaswazi Kunene, Sinethemba Mthalane and Iderect finance.
I urgently need this to be closed off and my refund to be paid to correct account.

This is really not acceptable at all levels. From last week sending my bank statement.
What I want is my money which is due to me.
I'm eligible to receive the R4,600 for not claiming, can I please have my money paid???
Good day Mr Philiso
As per our discussion informing you that your cash back had been paid into your Standard bank account.
Please advise if the said account is active or not, in order to assist you further, if it is possible, please assist with a bank statement from standard bank so we can forward your request to head office.
Thank you so much for your patience throughout this process.
