Ibenefit
There really isn't much to expect from a brand like iDirect . Customers are expected to pay premiums on time , if you don't and should something happen then they don't honour a claim . I am currently going on to 5 years with iDirect . Meaning I had qualified for my annual bonus as per the below extraction from what they call policy terms and conditions. matters relating to this policy will be subject to South African law and heard in a South African court. 27 ibenefit You will be paid some of your premium back if you have not claimed. • If you do not claim for 36 (thirty six) consecutive months from the date of inception, we will pay you back 10% of the premium you paid for those 36 (thirty six) months. • If you do not claim for the next 12 (twelve) consecutive months, following the initial 36 (thirty six) months of no claims, we will pay you back 15% of the premiums you paid for those 12 (twelve) months. • For each consecutive 12 (twelve) month period thereafter that you do not claim, we will pay you 20% of the premiums you paid in that 12 (twelve) month period. Your ibenefit reward will be processed within 45 (forty five) days of the due date. You will not be entitled to receive an ibenefit reward if: • your policy is cancelled and re-issued or reinstated after it was initially being --- I am currently on day 60 of not getting my ibenit , I called in and I got some pathetic excuse of how the release of the payment was with the high level of management .
