I would like to take a moment and appreciate a lady by the name of Taetso Mahlaela who assisted me with my query regarding the access that was increased without my knowledge. She the resolved it with a slit of a moment and I'm happy that she managed to reduce my access to the initial amount and also reduce my premium.
