I was stranded on the road for help and Absa Avtivate left me hanging

I believe before the end of today I will be switching to Miway car insurance. Absa activate has a very poor service, I have been requesting a simple document, 'proof of insurance' for weeks without any response, I have called numerous times and holding for hours to get assisted but no one answers. The app is not working, i can't track my trips or log on any emergencies yet the installment is still debited every month without bouncing. I was stuck on the road trying to get hold of Absa Activate i holded till Jesus sent his Angel to help me, next time I will die, it's no point to have this insurance
