I was helped by Lerato Molapo, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She reminded me of what service should be. She asked questions, advised and was extremely pleasant on the phone. Absa is fortunate to have people like her as they have just retained a customer because I was served by someone who understands that in an organisation we all get paid by the customer.
