I want to cancel my policy.. allow me to please?
I called in to fix an arrear that I have. I was not given any option than " You must pay the full amount once off". Thats fine, when I said that I wasn't going to be able to afford that and for that I would need to cancel the policy. The consultant said to me that she would transfer me to the retention department. I have been holding for 23 mins... This cant be life?
