I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASSEBLIEF

I cancelled my insurance cover 3 months ago . It's been a shocking experience. At first I struggled to get through , I personally went to Greenstone branch were I submitted my cancellation letter, to my surprise the money was debited , I called the call centre it was a frustrating experience I waited on the line for more than 40 minutes, because I wanted my money back I had to hold because I cant have 2 insurance debiting my account. finally a guy by the name of This Lebese answered the phone and he tried to retain me and I told him that he cant waist my time I have already waisted enough time by holding the line all I want was the policy cancelled and my money back. Heeee this crocks they told me that im canceellinfg after a day my money will be prorated , I didn't want anything to do with Absa I just said its fine and the line cut off. I waited for my money anf nothing happened I called again after a month I spoke to Dylan Krayser who told me that the cancellation was not done bcause I was irite and hung up, what I like is they will tell you tthat their calls are recorded , aia didn't hung up the call was cut off, and he told me that it wis canclled and an amount of R542.65 WILL BE DEBITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS ITS MONTHS NOW MY MONEY IS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT. I WANT MY MONEY ASSEBLIEF.
