I took their policy under false pretenses.

I did a quote for my car via my Absa banking app which I did no finalize as I insured the car with a different insurer. A week later, one of Absa Insurance call centre agents call me offering me a 45% discount on the quote I did online only to find out that it was all lies. All the call centre agent cared about was to make a sale and that was it. She misled me into taking the Insurance cover only to find out that there's no 44% discount. According to the policy schedule, I'll be paying the same amount that I was initially quoted for. There's also a lot of information missing on that policy schedule which will affect my future claims. I would like to CANCEL the policy and continue with my current insurer, I'm very much happy there. I do not want to get into business with a company that has agents that want to make sales and mislead their clients. Please cancel the policy ASAP!!
