I think this is a way of conning people

I have a hospital plan with absa so what happened is when my daughter got admitted for 3days, they sent me a form so that the neurologist can fill it in and I paid 900.then I submitted the form after the said they need more information from the GP then the doctor wrote the motivation letter and charged me 700 ,then the claim was declined. October I was admitted then I submitted the claim today I got the message that I have to do the same procedure, the doctor must write motivational letter and fill out the form again for 700. I'm not happy about the service I'm getting from absa if they told from the word go, I wouldn't have joined this ****. I'm writing this to make other people aware of this matter. If I knew I would never have joined this.
