I recently had to submit a claim with ABSA Insurance Company Limited following a burst pipe at my property, and I would like to compliment the excellent service I received throughout the claims process. A special thank you to Armand de Beer, the Loss Adjuster, and Sonwabise Tasana, the Claims Administrator, for their professional and efficient assistance. Communication was excellent throughout, I was kept informed of the progress of my claim, and both were always helpful and responsive whenever assistance was required. It is refreshing to experience a claims process where the people involved genuinely make an effort to assist the customer and make what can be a stressful situation that much easier.
