I have vehicle insurance with them. I called to enquire about my insurance policy. Spoke to Maria Sibeko, who was very kind and helpful. She was very patient as I was really frustrated, She remained calm and explained the challenges until I nderstood. She helped me with reviewing my insurance and was able to reduce both the premiums and access, which had gone up. Further explained that I can call and review my insurance closer to the anniversary of my policy.
