I have gotten my refund in weeks now

Please give me my refund back it’s close to a month now you don’t want to give me my money back while you know very well and promised am gonna get my refund in three days after cancelling my policy .

You are busy saying we rep**** privately but you didn’t help . Please give money back.

I paid for insurance I was not using and you know very well you rejected my claim and still took the monthly installment of R2500 . You not even ashamed
