I got ****med by this company, i took out a policy for a vehicle insurance and i was promised a 40% discount on premiums of R 2161 ,and 1st debit order will run on 25th December 2025, however later the same day my account was debited R 2524

I got ****med by this company, i took out a policy for a vehicle insurance and i was promised a 40% discount on premiums of R 2161 ,and 1st debit order will run on 25th December 2025, however later the same day my account was debited R 2524. i tried to get explanations from the Agent Naylene she couldn't explain, then she sent an email to Albert who just ignored the query. i reversed the unauthorized d/o now they are threatning me and send harassment emails. absolutely disgusted by this conduct from ABSA insurance
