i-direct service

i am very disappointed at the service i received from your company after being such a loyal client for your insurance company . I reported the matter on the 15/02/2024 hoping to get solution regarding my car which was bumped by one of your third-party company ( MOKAWUDI TRADING) . It was on the 14/02/2024 when you sent the third party to tow my car for maintenance/repair but due to negligence the driver's door was bumped on the way out of the garage . Negligence in a way that how can you tow a car out of the garage with an open door. After the incident i called your company to assist but all your consultants kept on sending me from pillar to post. the only service i got from your consultants is a ticket only (Ticket number: TN-157257 ) . No response or any resolution . who am i supposed to contact for resolution , is it my responsibilty as client to fix it ,while i did not bump the car. and i am aware that you keep on preaching that we shall not be negligent with our properties now your company practiced negligence on my car shall i still suffer from your negligence.
