Its been years im with absa I direct insurance, i made Quatation with more than 5 insurance but absa I direct is the best reasonable premium and access, this weekend we experienced hail damage in my township, i have reported the damage the following day, and same day the company of hail damage contacted in 2 hours. I have called the insurance asked them why did they appoint gauteng province insurance while I'm in limpopo they told me is the only leading company specializing with hail damage in south afric, the lady was so friendly and also shared his experience of hail damage with me, and told me this coming week they will come to assess my car, and she will be in touch again next week since she was assigned for my car. Most of my neighbors they were denied by their insurance asking too much questions as if they want to find a way not to pay their Damages. Besides hail damage when i get call from other insurances i just told them That i have peace of mind car insurance which is idirect and insurance can beat them unless is **** and cheap insurance that i will unable to claim if anything happen.
