I called spoke to Nqobile who assisted me over and above of the norm. She updated me to the last bit owith regards to my vehicle policy.... She even called back later on to inform me that my policy labs and I will get assistance with an updated one... She took time to do all the above instead of leaving me as a client to think all is in order she called to make sure I am updated.... Wow what awesome service received...
