I am defeated.

I was involved in a car accident on the 06 of November 2022. My car was taken in on the same day. Luckily I wasn't hurt. Now the problem is that no one seems to know what is happening to my car. They have not even sent a person to assess it as yet. I do not know whether or not the claim has been approved. I cannot get peace of mind at this point. It has been 10 days of waiting on nothing to happen. The stress. Honestly at this point I just want to cancel the insurance as well as moving banks altogether. Investec perhaps?

I regret not coming here to read reviews before taking the insurance.
