I almost cancelled my idirect contract.

I just would like to state my appreciation for the excellent customer service I got from Lerato Mololokoane from the cancellations team of idirect.

Myway Insurance had called me and offered me a better deal on shortfall insurance with the same perks as my ABSA iDirect policy. I just wanted to leave idirect and move to my way but she managed to explain how much I am actually getting better value from my existing contract, how myway doesnt offer apple to apple benifits like absa idirect and thus I won't cancel my contract.

Lerato Mololokoane is very intelligent, well-spoken, and knows how to manage customers who are quick to think the grass is greener on the other side, but it's not. Absa, don't lose this amazing colleague. rather promote her. You need a manager like her.
