House Roof

I'm a first time home owner. On the 22nd of January I've logged a complaint with ABSA insurance regarding my house roof that was damaged and is leeking. After 48 hours I contacted them again to follow up when the contractor will come to the property. According to ABSA the contacted contractor declined. After waiting another 48 hours I contacted them again and ABSA said I must get my own contractor to come and do site inspection. Wich we have done. On the 3rd of February the report was send to Cynthia Mailula and she rep**** on the 10th February that she received the contractors report. I rep**** the same day stating that I can not live in the house because of the roof and that I am paying for 2 properties now. I havn't heard anything from anybody yet.
