House insurance from absa

I had my house insurance for 14 years was my first claim water damage and they refuse to settle my claim blaming it on my windows when I have aluminum windows which u seal. The assessor explained it's the toscana design that is causing the problem but just because they don't want to pay they looking for any excuse in the book. 14 Years they took my money and now they refuse to pay out stay away from absa they blood sucker's.
