HORRIFIC AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

HORRIFIC service!!! We submitted our claim at 4pm yesterday afternoon for our burst geyser and it still has not been allocated to a plumber!!! 13 hours without water because of your incompetence!! This is DISGUSTING service!!!
