Horrible service Provider

I had a horrible experience with this insurance and will not recommend anyone to make use of their services. They debited more money for insurance from my account and they promised to refund the amount that they were not supposed to take. It had been more than 30 days waiting for my refund and every time I call, I’m told finance team did not process it and i should wait for atleast 3-5 working days to get my money.Every week it’s the same story unfortunately.
