Horrible service from absa credit life

I've been waiting for feedback since the 7th of February from absa credit life. First they said I will receive a debicheque which I didn't and the monthly debit order was more all of the sudden. All I wanted was an email stating the below (on email)

proof of what my credit life covers and how much extra I pay for it on my car finance for both vehicles

The following people were involved, there were several emails sent to them asking for feedback and they didn't respond.

A few people assisted me and it seems like they don't know how to do their work
