Horrible service

They don't even deserve one star. Poor customer service from both claims person Katlego Chantel Mabalane and their service provider Trevlec. I had to pay private person to fix plumbing the mess that they created in my house. They can't even reimburse me my money. Getting customer service is the worse from Katlego, you literally have to beg for it. She is ***********, unprofessional and lies. I am definitely done with this insurance company.
