HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Absa iDirect has by far the most horrible and ****ty service ever and having been their customers for more than 10 years, i DO NOT encourage anyone to have an insurance or bank account with this organisation as they have the most horrible service ever.

I have been trying to cancel my home insurance with them and for the whole week, they have been doing nothing but to ignore my emails and to put me on hold on the phone for more than an 1 hour and before i know it they will hang up. This is a strategy they are using to not cancel our policies and keep on debiting our accounts.

You guys should really be ashamed of yourselves, you cannot force people to pay for insurance that they do not need nor afford.

YOUR SERVICE REALLY SUCKS!!!!
