Horrible Customer Service

I called in Absa Activate yesterday morning around 5:20 to get assistance for a jump start as my vehicle could not start. A lady by the name of Keitumetsi took my call and seemed to be all over the place. I had to give her my details twice as she could not pick up my details and after 7 minutes and after I explained to her that I had used the service before and that it's puzzling that she could not pick up my details she managed to find my policy and appointed a Service provider by the name of Scaratswe Tow and auto body. I received an sms at 5:44 that they would only arrive at 6:45.

I am really shocked at how long one has to wait to be assisted with a jump start as if the wait was not long enough. The towing company sent me someone from the other end of town to come assist and as if that was not enough, the gentleman was not fami**** with my area as I had to stand outside in the cold for over 20 minutes to direct the guy who then got lost again and only made it to my place 40 minutes before my shift began.
