Horrible custom service
I have six free Uber rides for free for the year through my insurance, but the call center agents are a hot mess!!! Twice today they got my pick up and drop off locations wrong, they can't spell, they can't find locations like what the hell are they doing there?? A person could get kidnapped waiting on the stupid agents
