horrible custoimer service, you have to log a hello peter to be assisted

I had over 500 rands on rewards that was reset to R0 and 170 to be paid for april was set to 0 towards the month end and non was paid, i logged a number of tickets, followed up but absa being absa i got ignored till today i keep following app but nothing, no help as usual. i did mention that the app doesn''t show my trips anymore nothing.
