Horrible claim process without any support

Horrible experience with this insurance, I launched a car accident claim last month, to this day my car is still stuck at home with the damage I'm still waiting for the claims department to get back to me, I call them everyday for a follow up but I always get told that Tshepiso Tibane will get back to me but that never materialize, this is the worst insurer thus far.
