********** service received from contractor Silvex Construction 311 during fire claim

We had a fire claim where both my daughters were inside the house with me. Upon repairing of the work we have been experiencing none stop issues with the contractor Silvex Construction 311. The matter has been brought to numerous parties attention dealing with the claim and to date the contractor Silvex Construction 311 has been going out of his way to remind us of the horrible ordeal suffered. We are all currently attending counseling for the ordeal with my youngest 6 year old not being able to sleep.Silvex is going out of their way to make our lives hell and he is being allowed to by the absa i direct team dealing with this claim.
