HOPELESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have still not been assisted by ABSA insurance , Pathetic is the order of the day, more than a month ago we reported the geyser burst and here we are, I don't know why these people think " Sorry for the inconvenience " will make everything ok, We have spoken to EMMA MOTSISI, AUBREY MEDUPE AND PRAVESH BEJAY but confused and *********** is an understatement and the order of the day, I have no words for this honestly.
