I claimed on (3rd of November ) For my pool motor which stopped working , been waiting for ABSA to approve my claim Even called the contractor (midnight spark trading ) to Get updated only then was I told that my claim has been rejected. This is the second time Absa has rejected my claims , this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable , we pay insurance so that when we experience any problems we know the insurance would cover. When took insurance I was asked if the property has a pool or not so that everything regarding the pool will be covered now im claiming for a pool motor all the sudden my claim is rejected after 10 days of updating me , I had to call them back to get an update from the contractor .Absa failed to inform us that the claims has rejected(Which I do not accept as this is the first time I'm claiming for a pool motor ) but they informed the contractor
