Home insurance HOC claim

I would like to give a shout out to Absa home loans insurance (HOC) dept. For their exceptional and agile respond to the recent claim I made with them. I claimed for a geyser burst on 14 April 2026 and I was allocated a contractor who contacted me to inspect or evaluate the damage the same day , this was 30-45 Minutes later after putting in a claim. I couldn't believe it. I was really impressed by the efficiency and professionalism. Once the inspection was done , I was contacted and informed that a new geyser will be installed the next day! That was just beyond my expectations.... Today it's the 15 April 2026 and the geyser was installed as promised. I am impressed with the service and would like to recognise Absa home owners insurance department for a stellar performance in this regard. Keep up the great work!
