Was on a call with Ms Dlamini, she had a charisma on her presentation of the product. Very clear on what the product does offer and what is excluded from the product. Her scenarios or rather examples where excellent and sparked meaningful conversation around the product and what ABSA is offering. Very call and soft spoken, she has good knowledge of the product and would recommend her so whatever senior role might be on product information. Also she knew where to find the exact wording of the product on the policy schedule which was excellent. I tell you now she must go a do law …… we can have a better country with such personality
