Home insurance

Last week I put a claim for ceiling that was damaged by constant rains, it was my first claim from the absa insurance then they declined my claim telling me that I must find private company to fix it they are not going to fix it .The funny part is that this insurance they always find a way to decline the claims but when you pay they don't have any reasons .I'm so angry about it.
