HOLDING ON FOREVER

I have been trying for the past 2 months to get hold of anybody @ idirect. For such a huge company, customer service should be a priority. I am trying to make changes on my insurance policy, I've sent e-mails, held on forever and to no satisfaction. I want to cancel this policy immediately.
