Holding my money hostage after Direct instruction was ignored by financial planner
As an ex employee im horrified at the service i am recieving currently .
My name is Liesel De jager. My complaint is with financial planner Rampie venter he blatantly disregarded my instruction to invest my pension fund for my 3 kids 10 years later i am discovering that it was never done.And he has the backing of his managers that is aware of my case and they are all busy with it for 8months now
My kids is ruined but Absa could not care less .
It makes 1 wonder what the issue is could it be ****** or small investment dont matter cause believe me all white people involve consist of zero ABSA VALUES.
Trust i will get contacted urgently and my matter will get the desired outome.
Poor service no progress and contuinously being disregarded is destroying my menthal health.
But Absa will not get it right .

Kindly bear in mind my kids is at home situations that Rampie his management actionline is very well aware off they loosing school work daily.
I would really apreciate if i can go to the next level of escalation action has requested more time since January 22 no progress feedback only provided if insist on it .
Wynand Rampies manager has called me once and excused himself as he was in a exco meeting till date i never heard from him again does not even acknowledge my emails.
