HOC Dispute resolved
I would just like to express my appreciation for the great service received from Mmatshepho Masindi in helping me resolve a dispute with ABSA HOC. She took the time to listen, understand and rectify the issue within record time where it several other people could not solve the issue. She is an absolute star and a great asset to ABSA! BTW: Absa, get your house in order, I have been a client of yours for as long as I can remember and you guys are really dropping the ball. If it weren't for people like Mmatshepho, you can close up shop!
