Highly Disappointed!!!

I had an incident on the 9th of October at work. And did the necessary and registered the claim with my insurer. Car booked-in for the 29th October with Collision Pros Sebenza and collection was on the 6th of November. To my suprise the car was now not drivable, I phoned the repairer and they asked me to return the car. On arrival they got one of their guys to test drive and he came back stated that the car is misfiring, and specifically said its seems like the plugs got wet. And the manager advised that I should check when I serviced the car if the plugs were changed, they only do the body work. And another gentlemen suggested he takes it to their neighbour whom is a service centre, and they can check if its even safe to get home and produced a report which was shared with me and advised I would be able to get home. When I got home and we opened the front of the car to our suprise the engine part was cleaned, I have never done an engine or valet on my car. Please someone tell me why it was cleaned? When this guys only do body work? And suddenly when I raised my concerns with my insurer there was an assessment report done when the car was initially taken in which they forgot about initially I returned the car and never mentioned it? And this report is now identical to the one done when I was there on the 6th on collection and contains different dates, 7th Nov and 29th Oct when the car was booked in? When I dropped off that car on the 29th it had no issues. Upon inspection by our technician indeed the plugs were wet??

My insurance is soooo dismissive and will not hear my side of the story which is sooooo frustrating...
